Log into Senso using your network email address and password. Alternatively, you can use the Log in with Google button.
You must select a windows machine that is powered on and is showing as green in Senso. It doesn’t matter if someone is logged into it.
Select the Reset Pass module at the top.
On the left-hand side, you will see the below window.
Enter the username of the student e.g. HAV17JoBl. Do not enter the email address.
Enter the new password for the student. You can choose to force them to change it when they log in by clicking on the tick box below. Once the details have been filled out, click the Run button at the bottom.
Wait for the system to show you a successful message before giving out the new password.
Any errors will be shown in this box.
