Log into Senso using your network email address and password or Google sign in button.

 

1) Select a windows computer that is powered on and is showing as green in Senso. It doesn’t matter if someone is logged into it.  

 

 

 

2) Select the Reset Pass module at the top. 

 

 

 

3) On the left-hand side, you will see the below window. 

Enter the username of the student e.g. HAV17JoBl Do not enter the email address. 

Enter the new password for the student. You can choose to force them to change it when they log in by clicking on the tick box below.

 

4)  Once the details have been filled in, click the Run button. 

5) Wait for the system to show you a success message and provide the student their new password.
