- Login to http://dret.email using your academy account
- Locate "Folders" from the navigation list

- Right click on "Folders" and select "Add shared folder"

- Enter the email address of the shared mailbox and click on the appropriate search result

- Click on the "Add" button
- You will now see the shared mailbox appear in your folder list
If you are an outlook desktop user the folder will automatically appear in your client.
