When using any DRET site (dret.cloud, primary.dret.cloud, secondary.dret.cloud etc) you must be logged in using an academy account. Personal google accounts will not work and can result in permission errors.
If you see ‘error '404' or ‘You need permission’ when trying to access this often means you are logged in using a personal google account and need to switch accounts.
Steps to Switch Google Account
1) Go to www.google.com
2) Click on the round profile icon at the top right of the screen
3) Select Sign out
4) Return to the page where you received the error and login using your DRET Academy Email and Password
