How to update your Office 365 2FA verification methods

You may need to reset your security verification methods for example if you have forgotten your security questions or plan to change your telephone number. Microsoft have a dedicated portal allowing you to securely update your information which you can access by browsing to https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info.

Due to the secure nature of this portal you will be required to authorise your access using your verification number. If you have lost access to your linked mobile number please contact IT Support. 

How to reset your security questions

1. Visit https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info and login with your Office 365 account.
   To access this portal you will be required to verify your login with your verification number.
2. You should now see your Security Info page showing your verification methods.
   
3. In the row for Security questions click "Delete"
   
4. Your security questions have now been reset, When you next sign into your account you will be prompted to re-create these.
